Goals For a Better Life

My goals for a better life include eating healthier, exercising more (hopefully even within my natural movement ((moving freely)), taking time out of my day to downshift and share laughs with companions, make life stressors nothing of my concern, and getting rid of the substances in my life i use to cope with stress (i.e. smokes)

I would like to incorporate more healthy grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and less meats into my diet.
I try to exercise daily to lose weight and also to support a healthier body and lifestyle.
I would like to mimic the Sardinians and a least take an hour of my day to socialize with those who i can share laughs with or even read something that gives me joy when im in absence of my peers.
I really would like to work on my anxiety and focus on making life stressors something of the past taking what comes to me with a grain of salt and not letting it affect my emotions and daily life as this is where much of my depression and anger sprouts from.
I would really like to stop trying to find outside substances such as cigarettes to deal with my stress. i would like to try using meditative and other healthy practices such as exercising to break these habits and deal with stress in a much healthier way.

I believe changing my life to fit the blue zones lessons will not only help my live longer but also happier and stress free.
