Eating right

I have accepted to give up fast food and focus on the foods that are right for me. This includes whole grains, nuts, fruits, and veggies. Today my diet consisted of avocado toast on whole wheat topped with a fried egg, for lunch, roasted green beans with spicy hummus i made with the hummus from the dekalb farmers market and fresh roasted red pepper, then for dinner more hummus and asparagus. All of these meals were without meat but still included vegetables, proteins, and whole grains.
